Issue: When attempting to open a Microsoft Word document, users may see the following error:
Word cannot start the converter mswrd632.
Resolution: This issue is caused by Microsoft Security Update MS09-073. To resolve, either remove the update or see Microsoft article 973904 for instructions to edit the registry:
