When applying a certificate, if Solution Providers or Customers are reviewing the increases or decreases in licenses that will occur when the certificate is applied and they disagree with the changes that will take place, they should contact Hyland Software Licensing Operations to verify the correct number of licenses they should have. Prior to calling Hyland Software Licensing Operations, they should also generate a snapshot from the certificate installation tool.
If a Solution Provider or Customer has any technical issues while installing a certificate (any non-licensing count issue), they should contact Hyland Software Technical Support for assistance to resolve the issue.
