Clicking Next will take you back to the initial screen – Install License Certificate. In this case, a root certificate will be required. You will be required to contact Hyland Software to obtain a root certificate. Before contacting Hyland Software, generate a licensing snapshot by clicking on the Generate Licensing Snapshot button, and send the snapshot to Hyland Software for validation.
