The information in the text file must be formatted correctly for the import options selected in the User Import dialog box. The following restrictions apply to importing users from a text file:

The import file must be a plain-text file (*.txt).

Each line must contain a user name.

Each user name must be 75 characters or less.

Each line must contain information for only one user.
