The assignments made at the Assigning Print Queues for [User Group] dialog box determines which print queues can be accessed by the users within the selected User Group.

  1. In the Configuration module, select Users | User Groups & Rights.
  2. Select the User Group that will be assigned rights for print queues.
  3. Select Print Queues to display the Assigning Print Queues for [User Group] dialog box.
  4. Assign a Print Queue to the User Group.

    To assign one or more Print Queues to the User Group, select the appropriate Print Queue(s) from the Available list and click Add.

    To remove one or more Print Queues from the User Group, select the appropriate Print Queue(s) from the Selected list and click Remove.

  5. Click Close when all print queues have been assigned.
