- In the User Metrics dialog box, select a user or users to lock/unlock. This action activates the Lock/Unlock buttons.

Select the Lock Selected Users or Unlock Selected Users button according to the action that you want to perform on the selected user.
Note:
When you select the Lock Selected Users button, you will get a confirmation message asking " Are you sure you want to lock this user? "
- Click Close to exit the User Metrics dialog box.
