Beginning in OnBase Foundation EP1, the Ad-Hoc Scanning for Microsoft SharePoint module is no longer supported and has been removed from the OnBase product suite. If you are using the Ad-Hoc Scanning for Microsoft SharePoint module and upgrading to OnBase Foundation 22.1, you must use the following modules to fulfill your needs. These modules require separate licenses.

  • To import new documents through the SharePoint interface into OnBase, use the Web Parts for Microsoft SharePoint module.

  • To import existing documents from SharePoint document libraries into OnBase, use the Archive Services for Microsoft SharePoint module.

  • To create links to OnBase documents in SharePoint, use the Content Connector for Microsoft SharePoint module.
