All Distribution Servers should be upgraded to OnBase Foundation 22.1 when the OnBase database is upgraded to OnBase Foundation 22.1.

The OnBase Foundation 22.1 Distribution Service can send notifications generated in earlier OnBase versions. However, Distribution Service versions 13 and older cannot send notifications generated in OnBase Foundation 22.1 clients; any notifications generated in OnBase Foundation 22.1 clients will not be sent until the Distribution Service is upgraded to OnBase Foundation 22.1.
