Beginning in OnBase Foundation EP5, the Batch OCR module has been deprecated in favor of the more modern Full-Page OCR module, which enhances the 32-bit Batch OCR functionality for 64-bit processing on the Data Capture Server.

If you are using the Batch OCR module and upgrading to OnBase Foundation 22.1, you must use the Full-Page OCR module to fulfill your needs. The Full-Page OCR module requires the Data Capture Server and the 64-bit Hyland OCR Engine.
