As of OnBase Foundation EP5, the use of Microsoft Outlook 2016 or earlier is no longer supported.
If you are using Outlook 2016 or earlier, you should not upgrade to OnBase Foundation 22.1 until you have upgraded to a version of Outlook supported by OnBase. It is recommended that Outlook 2021 be used with OnBase Foundation 22.1.
