Hyland Software is pleased to announce the release of OnBase Foundation 24.1. OnBase Foundation 24.1 features enhanced functionality and new modules specifically developed to meet end users’ business needs.
This document is offered as a companion guide to the general documentation of OnBase Foundation 24.1. It highlights technical requirements for OnBase Foundation 24.1, provides additional visibility for certain installation requirements, and documents technical choices that need to be made for specific types of installations.
Unless otherwise noted, this document covers the requirements and support items that are accurate as of the day of the OnBase Foundation 24.1 release; post-release products and enhancements are not included. Announcements regarding post-release information will be made at the appropriate times through official channels (for example, technical communication emails or the Hyland Community).
Previous versions of this document included the following types of information, which have also been moved to official communications channels:

Extensive lists of enhancements made to existing modules since the release of the previous version of OnBase. Beginning with OnBase 14, this information has been moved to the Hyland Community (https://community.hyland.com).

Summaries of the product modules newly added to the OnBase product suite. Beginning with OnBase 15, this information has been moved to the Hyland Community (https://community.hyland.com).
However, the enhancements that new installations and upgrades depend on for successful implementation are still described in the following chapter.
