Beginning in OnBase 18, order-based AutoFill Keyword Sets are no longer supported and have been removed from the HL7 module. If you are using order-based AutoFill Keyword Sets in the HL7 module and upgrading to OnBase Foundation 24.1, you will be required to use standard AutoFill Keyword Sets to fulfill your needs. The conversion process for existing order data will be completely automated.
