The Integration for Content Composer has additional upgrade considerations when you upgrade to OnBase Foundation 24.1 from one of the following earlier versions:

  • Foundation EP1

  • Foundation EP2

  • Foundation EP3, prior to Patch 21

  • Foundation EP4

The Hyland IdP server is required for this version of the Integration for Content Composer. The configuration files for the Application Server, OnBase Studio, and Unity Scheduler must be modified to include information about the connection between the Hyland IdP server and your Content Composer solution. For more information on how to modify these files, see the Integration for Content Composer Deployment Guide.

Additionally, when upgrading from any of these versions, any existing Content Composer profiles must be entirely recreated and reassigned to the corresponding Workflow actions. For more information on creating Content Composer profiles in OnBase Studio, see the Integration for Content Composer Deployment Guide.
