As of OnBase Foundation 24.1, the <sessionTimer> element is no longer used by the OnBase Web Viewer to determine when a session times out. The timeout value within the <sessionState> element is used instead. If upgrading from a version prior to OnBase Foundation 24.1, ensure that the <sessionTimer> element is removed from the Web Server web.config file. The presence of the <sessionTimer> element causes the OnBase Web Viewer to fail to load.
