Offline Unity Forms are used in conjunction with the Unity Briefcase and Integration for Netsmart Homecare modules. When configuring Unity Forms for offline use, consider the following:

External Data Sets and External AutoFill Keyword Sets are not supported.

In Keyword Value drop-down lists that are not Data Sets, only values for forms that have been taken offline are displayed.

The assignment of auto-increment Keyword Values is deferred on newly created forms until those forms are synchronized and stored in OnBase.

The Create Autofill Record on Create option is not supported.

AutoFill Keyword Sets must be assigned in the Configuration module using the Document Type Keyword Type Assignment dialog box or the Keyword Type Keyword Type Settings dialog box. For more information on assigning AutoFill Keyword Sets, see the System Administration module reference guide.

When a form template is deleted, forms created using the template offline can be synchronized, but new forms cannot be created using the template after synchronization.
