You can add documents to a Unity Briefcase folio that you created from an open document or a Document Search Results list in the Unity Client.

Note:

Only folio administrators can add documents to a system folio.

  1. Right-click and select Send To | Briefcase or click Send To | Briefcase on the Document tab.
    Note:

    When working within the Office Business Application and Integration for Microsoft Outlook modules, the Send To | Briefcase option is not available.

  2. You are prompted to select a folio:
  3. Select the folio that the document should be added to.
  4. Click Add.
  5. The document is added to the folio.
