Issue

When attempting to open a Unity Pop file attached to an email message, a message is displayed stating that the Unity Pop file is not valid for the system.

Resolution

This issue occurs because the Unity Pop file is being launched from a different database than it originated from. For example, if a Unity Pop file was created in Database A, a user logged in to Database B will not be able to open the file. Because Unity Pop files do not include database information, if users will be accessing multiple OnBase databases with one Unity Client, consider using DocPop instead of Unity Pop.
