When you conduct multiple Custom Queries, results for each Custom Query are retained on their respective tabs for future use:

Results are retained for the duration of your OnBase session.
If you navigate away from the Custom Queries layout, or select a different Custom Query from the list of available Custom Queries, you can return to the list of results by clicking Go To Results.
