To add a Custom Query results tile to Tile Groups:

Click the drop-down button on the Custom Query tab:

Click Add to Tile Groups:

The Description dialog is displayed. Enter a description for the Custom Query:

The Add To Tile Group s dialog is displayed:
Select the appropriate Tile Group(s).
