This is an issue with Adobe Reader's behavior when embedded in an application. Depending on your version of OnBase, do one of the following:
-
When using OnBase Foundation EP1 or earlier, disable protected mode in Adobe Reader. For more information, see Adobe Reader documentation.
-
When using OnBase Foundation EP2-EP5, set the value of webBrowserRenderMode to chromium in the appSettings section of the Unity Client configuration file.
-
When using OnBase Foundation 22.1 or later, set the value of webBrowserRenderMode to edge in the appSettings section of the Unity Client configuration file.
