When viewing documents in the Google Services Integrated Viewer or the Integrated Office Viewer, you can instead open the document using an alternate viewer.
To open a document in an alternate viewer:

In the Viewer Options ribbon group of the Document ribbon, click Open in Alternate Viewer.
Depending on your configuration, the following options may be displayed in the drop-down menu:
Option

Open in Office
Opens a Microsoft Office document (for example, a Word document or an Excel spreadsheet) in its native Microsoft Office application.
Note:This option is only available when viewing documents and when the Unity Client is integrated with the Microsoft Office Online Server or Office for the web.
Open Embedded Viewer
Opens the document in the Unity Client Embedded Viewer.
