To verify that all users are offline, follow these steps:

  1. Log on to the OnBase Client of your existing version.
  2. Select Admin | User Management | View Current Users.
  3. Verify that you are the only user currently listed.

    If any users are listed with the status Inactive, then select that row and click Cleanup.

    This removes any orphaned user licenses caused by restarting the database service.
