VPConnect provides the ability to store employee records for your subcontract vendors in its database. This allows the Vendor Admins to not have to re-enter these employees each time they create an invoice. It is entered the first time and saved automatically. This feature is offered simply as a convenience factor and should not be considered a complete employee roster for that vendor.

Costpoint has a similar concept of storing Vendor Employees in its database. However, most Costpoint owners do not maintain all of their subcontract vendor employee records in this system.
