If you have forgotten your password, you can recover your account using a security question. You must know your user ID to use this feature. If you don't know your user ID, contact your Vendor Administrator for help.
Follow these steps to retrieve your password:

Click the Forgot your password? link on the main login page. The Password Recovery screen is displayed.

You are challenged with a security question. This was a question you selected when you first set the account up. You need to enter this value exactly how it was entered originally.
