Foundation 22.1

Once a user receives their email welcoming to the system, they can click the link. They are presented with the VPConnect login screen at which time they should use the information in the email to log in.


If the link in the email is not being resolved properly for the user, be sure to follow the instructions provided for setting up a new account.

When the user successfully logs in with this new account information, they are prompted with the following dialog box to change their password.

  • The new password cannot be the same as the old

  • The password length must be at least 8 characters (default setting)

  • Non-alphanumeric characters required is 1 (default setting)

  • Default settings for passwords can be changed in the Membership Settings section of the Web.config file

Once the change is completed successfully, the Change Password Complete dialog box is displayed to the user.

The user should now go to the User Profile Maintenance screen and set up the security questions. See User Profile Maintenance.
