The Download Files menu displays a page with a list of files that can be downloaded. These files are usually template timesheets or expense report examples.
Any file that is placed in the VendorPortal\DownloadFiles folder on the server is available as a downloadable file from the Download Files screen.

Select the menu item Help | Download Files. A list of download files is displayed.
