The Invoice Query allows a user to search for one or more invoices that were entered through VPConnect. This query does not find invoice records submitted to IAConnect via any other method.

Getting Started:

  1. Select the menu item Inquiry | Invoice Query.
  2. Enter an Invoice Number of any invoice in the system. By using these criteria you are implying that only one record should be returned.
  3. Enter the various search criteria as described in Common Query Fields.
  4. Click Search. All records matching the selected criteria are displayed in the result set.
