Foundation 22.1

Click the Add Labor, Add Travel, or Add ODC/Fees button to start entering a line record. The specific entry screen is displayed. These entry screens are designed to let you to enter one or more line records of a particular type at a time.

The Previous and Next buttons at the top left of the screen allow you to navigate from the start to the end of each line record type. For example, if you have entered ten labor records and want to go backwards to review each of the records entered, you can click the Previous button and the system goes back to record 9, then record 8 and so on. You can click the Next button and navigate forward through the records.

Labor and Travel line records can be entered either in a summary form or with details, depending on whether the appropriate Detail Required check box is selected in the invoice header. Use the following procedures to enter the appropriate type of line record:
