In the OnBase Configuration tool, you must configure a media provider and a document type to fully integrate with the Hyland Cloud.
To access the media configuration information:

You must log into the OnBase Configuration tool with a user that has System Configuration group rights.

The user must belong to a User Group that has the Media Streaming option enabled.

The administrator for OnBase Video must have System Configuration rights.
