This issue may occur when printing to the Virtual Print Driver while the Virtual Print Driver Listener is running. There may be a misconfiguration in the setup for the Virtual Print Driver or the Virtual Print Driver Listener.
To address the issue:
- Open the obunity.exe.config file.
- For the Virtual Print Driver feature, verify enabled is set to true.
- For the VPDMailslot element, verify enabled is set to true.
If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall both the Virtual Print Driver and the Unity Client. Ensure you enable the Virtual Print Driver Listener when reinstalling the Unity Client.
