The file type of Image File Format is the default file type for documents imported using the Virtual Print Driver. It is automatically selected in the File Type drop-down list.
Selecting a non-image file type when importing an image file document could result in issues viewing the documents in OnBase. If the default file type is changed to a non-image file type, a warning dialog box is displayed.
Select one of the following options:

Select Yes to import the file using Image File Format.

Select No to import the file using the selected file type.

Select Cancel to cancel importing the file and go back to the Import from Virtual Printer dialog box.
