Set the CPEUsername setting to the user name for your account on the CPE Server. This value will be provided by your solution provider.
Note:
If you have encrypted your credentials and stored them in your registry, enter the path to the user name in the registry. For example: registry:HKLM\SOFTWARE\Hyland\CPE\UsageBasedBilling\identity\ASPNET_SETREG,username
