If your system is licensed for Web Services Publishing, the Web Services Publishing module requires a connection to a CPE (Cloud Platform Engineering) server in order to report usage statistics to your solution provider. A CPE connection is not required for systems licensed for Enterprise Web Services Publishing.

Keep in mind that Splunk and other HTTP-based logging routes are not available for the CPE-hosted OnBase solutions.
To configure a connection to a CPE server, open your Application Server's web.config file using a text editor such as Notepad and modify the following settings:
