To access WorkView within Outlook:

  1. On the OnBase ribbon, click the WorkView button.

    The login dialog box is displayed.

  2. Select the appropriate data source.
  3. Enter the username.
  4. Enter the password.
  5. Click Login.

    If this is the first time a user logs in, the Registered Applications section is displayed.

    Select the check box next to the application(s) you want to register. You can register multiple applications.

    Click OK. You will receive a message telling you to restart Outlook. Click OK.

    Restart Outlook.

  6. Open Outlook and click the WorkView button. The Contextual Pane is displayed on the right side of the Outlook application.

Once logged in, the WorkView button will toggle the display of the WorkView Contextual Pane.
