Objects associated with an e-mail can be displayed by instance or in a filter list format.
The following is an example of an object instance:
When the object instance is hovered over, the following buttons display in the upper right hand corner of the instance:
To open an instance of an object from this type of view, click the Display Object button.
The object opens within Internet Explorer.
The number of instances displayed is limited to 50.

You can open an object from a filter list by double-clicking on it.
Filter results are limited to 1000 results.
You can customize the columns displayed in the filter list by right-clicking and selecting Display Column Chooser... A box allowing you to select the columns is displayed. The following is an example:
Uncheck any columns you don't want to display. When you are finished, you can close the box by clicking on the X in the upper right-hand corner.
You can resize columns and drag columns to different positions by dragging the header of the column to the appropriate location. In order for these customizations to persist in subsequent logins, you must right-click in the results list and select Save Filter Settings. After saving changes, if you want to revert to the default filter display, right-click and select Delete Filter Settings. Upon restarting Outlook, the default settings are restored.
