You can manage the global sections assigned to a user groups at the global level. To manage the global sections assigned to a user group:

  1. Click the Edit global configuration settings button under the Contextual Pane.

    The Global Configuration Settings dialog box is displayed

  2. Select the Contextual Section Configuration section.
    Note:

    In order to access this section, you must be an administrator.

  3. Select the Application from the drop-down list that you want to associate with the new section.
  4. Select the User Group for which you want to configure rights.
  5. Click Maintain sections for selected group. A list of the global sections configured for the selected application is displayed.
  6. Select the check box(es) next to the section(s) you want to assign to the selected user group.
  7. Click Save.
  8. When finished, click OK.
