Note:

Only Instance Data section can have subsections.

To configure a filter subsection:

  1. In the Contextual Section Configuration dialog box, click Add next to Subsection and select Filter.
  2. Enter the Name for the subsection.
  3. Select the Filter.
    Note:

    Only filters for which you have rights are available for selection.

  4. Configure appropriate Constraints. Click Add next to Constraints. The Outlook Filter Subsection Constraint Configuration dialog box is displayed.
  5. Select the field in the left pane and select the field in the right pane that you want to map.
  6. Click Add.
  7. Repeat steps 4 to 6 for each constraint.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Click Save when you are finished.
