If there is only one object that matches the e-mail address, complete the following steps to sync a contact with WorkView data for the first time:

  1. Open the contact and click on the application tab with which you want to sync data.
  2. Click Synchronize. The Verify existing object dialog box is displayed.
  3. Determine the correct values. The values selected for the Final Value column will sync the contact or the object to the preferred value. Use the -> arrow button to use the My Value value, which is the contact's current value. Use the <- arrow button to use the Their Value value, which is the object's current value.
  4. When the Final Value column contains the correct values for the contact, click OK. A message stating Synchronization complete is displayed.
  5. Click OK.
