If a full text catalog has been configured for an application, a full text search can be conducted within an e-mail message. To conduct a full text search within an e-mail message:

  1. Click on the application tab within the message.
  2. Highlight the text you want to search for within the message or enter the search criteria in the Full text search criteria field.
  3. Click the search button.
  4. The Full Text Search dialog box is displayed. You can conduct additional searches from this dialog box. For more information on this, see Advanced Options or Advanced Options for more information.
