You can move the Contextual Pane to another location within Outlook by clicking on the header (a four arrow icon will display) and dragging the pane to the desired position on the screen. You can also select Move from the arrow drop-down menu in the Contextual Pane header and drag the pane to the desired position on the screen. Click on the screen when the pane is the correct position.
You can resize the pane by clicking on the edge of the pane closest to the message pane (a two arrow icon will appear) and drag the edge of the pane to the desired pane width. You can also select Size from the arrow drop-down menu in the Contextual Pane header and move the pane to the appropriate width. Click on the screen when the pane is in the correct position.
You can close or open the pane by clicking the WorkView button in the Outlook toolbar. You can also close the pane by selecting Close from the arrow drop-down menu in the Contextual Pane header.
