If an E-Form Unity Form, or Image Form has been associated with a class, it is possible to create a form from within an open object. To create a form from an open object:

  1. From the class ribbon on the object, click Forms.
  2. A dialog box displaying available forms is displayed.
  3. Select the form you want to use.
  4. If you want to view the form before it is created and edit it, select View Form Before Creating.
  5. Click OK. Click Cancel to cancel the form creation process.
  6. If the form displays, add any additional data to the form an submit the form. Saving the form will also close the form. If the form did not display for editing or you submitted the form, a message stating Form creation successful is displayed. Click OK.
