If actions are configured for a screen or a particular view, a button for each action configured will be displayed on the right-hand side of the object screen.
In addition, if the object is associated with Workflow Ad Hoc Tasks, a button for each ad hoc task configured will be displayed on the right-hand side of the object screen.
To execute a configured action or ad hoc task, simply click on the corresponding button.
When an action or ad hoc task is executed, the data in the object is automatically saved. Actions and ad hoc tasks are completely configurable and vary by system.
Click Toggle Tasks or More | Toggle Tasks, depending on the size of your window, to hide and show the task pane.
