To attach an existing OnBase document within a view:

  1. Click Find. A window containing the documents associated with the object is displayed.
    Example window with associated documents.
  2. Click on the appropriate document.
  3. The auto-name string of the document will be displayed in the field. Depending on your configuration, the document itself may be embedded within the view.
