In some instances, folders may be embedded within a view. Some views will display the exact contents as the documents dialog box. When this occurs, the folders will function exactly as they do in the documents dialog box.
Some views will display the contents of specific folders in a hit list. When this is the case, you can double-click on a document to open it in the document viewer.
If you have modify rights, you can also attach documents and delete documents from an embedded static folder or when a static folder is selected within an embedded list of folders within a view. Click the Add button to attach a document.
To delete a document, select the document and click the Delete button.
