Once you have configurations for Attribute Value Maintenance, you can execute those configurations. To execute an Attribute Value Maintenance configuration:

  1. In OnBase Studio, select the WorkView ribbon.
  2. Within the Maintenance ribbon group, click Attribute Value Maintenance. The Attribute Value Maintenance dialog box is displayed.
  3. Select the Class associated with the configuration you want to execute from the drop-down list. You can enter the name of the class in the field to narrow the classes displayed in the drop-down list.
  4. Select a configuration you want to execute. You can enter the name of the configuration in the Find field to narrow down the list of configurations.
  5. Click Execute. A message stating Are you sure you want to execute the selected attribute value maintenance procedure? Click Yes to execute the configuration. Click No to cancel the execution.
  6. The repository may need to be saved before the configuration is executed. If this needed, a message stating The repository must be saved prior to running the Attribute Value Maintenance configuration. Do you want to save the repository? Click Yes to save the repository and continue with the configuration execution. Click No to not save the repository and cancel the execution.
