In some cases, screens or views may load improperly due to issues with class configuration, such as mismatched user rights or outdated external class configuration. To find classes with such issues:

  1. Backup your database.
  2. In OnBase Studio, select the WorkView ribbon.
  3. Within the Maintenance ribbon group, click WorkView Doctor.
  4. Select the General tab.
  5. Select Check for Default Screens that have rights mismatched when compared to their Classes to find screens for which the user rights are mismatched with the user rights assigned the class they belong to, which may cause issues when loading the screens.
  6. Select Check for Linked Composite Key External Classes with old-style DB Views to find external classes with outdated configuration of views, which may cause issues when loading attributes.
  7. Click Analyze. If screens are found that have mismatched rights, they will be displayed in the lower box.
  8. Click Perform Updates to correct the screens' mismatched rights.
