In order for email links to be sent from within objects using the Send Email button, the following must be configured:

Enable send email with hyperlink must be selected for each class you want to allow email links to be sent from.

Configure a Class Auto Name for each class. If a Class Auto Name is not configured, the name of the class is used in the link.

The Unity Client configuration file determines the mail client used to generate the message. See the Unity Client documentation for more details.

In the Unity Client application's .config file, the following setting must be set to true: <Feature name="Unity Pop" enabled="true"/>
