You can edit views by right-clicking on the view in the Views folder in the Repositories pane and selecting Design. The View Designer will be launched. For more information, see

You can rename a view by right-click on the view in the Views folder in the Repositories pane and selecting Rename. Enter the new view name in the field and press Enter on your keyboard.

Note:

If you are editing a view template, any changes you make to the template will be reflected in the views using that template and are considered modified.

You can also add or remove user groups from an existing view.To assign user groups to a view:

  1. Select it in the Views folder and the Properties pane populates information about the view.
  2. Select the User groups tab.
  3. Click Add. The User Groups dialog box is displayed.
  4. Select the check boxes next to the user groups you want to assign to the view. If you want to grant rights to all user groups, you can place a check mark in the header of the left column.
  5. Click OK.

To remove a user group, select it and click Remove.
