You can edit existing data set values to make necessary changes. To edit a data set value:

  1. In the Data Set Configuration dialog box, double-click on the data set value you want to edit.
  2. Enter the new value in the f ield.
  3. When edits are complete, click OK. You will be prompted with Do you want to update existing objects with the new values? The data set value(s) that were edited will be displayed with the old value and new value side by side.
  4. If you want to update objects to reflect the new value(s), click Update.
    If you do not want to update objects to reflect the new value(s), click Don't update.

In addition, you can use any of the import methods described in the Configuring Data Sets section to add addition values to a data set.
