You can also add or remove user groups from an existing screen. To assign user groups to a screen:

  1. Select it in the Screens folder and the Properties pane populates information about the view.
  2. Select the User Groups tab.
  3. Click Add. The User Groups dialog box is displayed.
  4. Select the check boxes next to the user groups you want to assign to the screen. If you want to grant rights to all user groups, you can place a check mark in the header of the left column.
  5. Click OK.

To remove a user group, select it and click Remove.
